Application:
1. The area where you apply the patch should be clean and dry.
2. Peel off the adhesive and carefully place the sticker on the belly button / soles of the feet.
3. Press the stickers down for a few minutes to ensure adhesion.
4. Leave on for 8-10 hours.

Note:
Please keep a healthy diet and exercise regularly while using the stickers to achieve a better result.
Pregnant women, the elderly and young children should not use them.
Storage method: store in a cool, dry place and seal.
